Sonar Distribution

Cookie Policy

Effective 7 September 2026

This Policy describes how Sonar Distribution uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy and reflects the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and comparable identifiers. They remember a sign-in, preferences, and help keep the Service secure.

2. What we use

We currently use strictly necessary technologies only. They are required for the Service to function. Under ePrivacy they do not need consent, but we must tell you about them.

  • Authentication session cookies (sign-in token) — so you stay signed in. Lifetime is the session (typically 24 hours) or until you sign out.
  • localStorage: session user details and the interface language you choose.
  • A flag that you dismissed the cookie notice: a browser cookie (up to 400 days) and, after sign-in, a record on your account so the banner does not return on other devices.

We do not set advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or optional third-party analytics. If that changes, we will ask for consent before setting optional cookies and update this Policy.

3. How to control them

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may make sign-in impossible. You can change language with the switcher on the site; that preference is stored in localStorage.

4. Third parties

Links to stores and your mail client may lead to third-party sites with their own cookies. We do not control them. Stores that receive your release process data under their own rules.
